The Grandmaster is a 2013 Chinese-Hong Kong martial arts drama film based on the REAL LIFE story of the Wing Chun grandmaster Ip Man (played by 梁朝偉 Tony Leung Chiu-wai). However, there's only one element which is fictional, the character of Gong Er (played by 章子怡 Zhang Ziyi).
